Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Manage a wide spectrum of activities including customer service, coordination, invoicing and administration roles.
 
• Providing quality customer services for call-in / emails enquiries on company’s services and pricing.
 
• Coordination of appointment / schedules with customers and colleagues.
 
• Preparation of quotations, sales invoices, monthly reports, etc.
 
• Basic administration roles.
 
• Any other duties that may be assigned
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Must be able to communicate in Japanese well (No requirements to be at corporate level).
 
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
 
• Comfortable to work on alternate Saturdays (Half Days)
 
• Willing and able to perform Overtime, when urgently required.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6pm and Alternate Sat: 8.30am – 1.00pm.
 
• Location: Bukit Batok Area (About 5 – 10 Minutes Bus Ride)
 
• Remuneration Package: $3,000 - $4,500 (Dependent on experience) + AWS + Good Employee Benefits
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
