Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages to relevant personnel & provide information to callers
- Update of contact details and send to relevant personnel
- Greeting of visitors entering the organization & direct the visitors to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Prepare correspondence and documents & receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule & maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Ensure the tidiness and maintain of the reception area at all times
- Control and maintain inventory relevant to reception area, office, pantry, HSE (e.g. PPE) etc.
- Monitor, maintain & order office equipment e.g. computer equipment, stationery, printing, brochures, grocery & toiletry, etc.
- Assist with travelling booking, including Hotel, Visa, Flight, Taxi, travel insurance, etc.
- Organize & co-ordinate conference and meeting room bookings
- Organize & co-ordinate for special occasions/events, e.g. catering services, and or buying of snacks & drinks, etc.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support and perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Certificate or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Others:
- Work location: Tuas
- Working hours: 5 days, 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 + Benefits
