Front Office Executives / Managers (Luxury 5 star hotel)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
  • To be responsible for welcoming guests and handling any complaints.
  • Co-ordinates the reception team, organising its work and schedules.
  • Applies and ensures the application of the sales strategy to maximise occupancy and average room price.
  • Manage and supervise reservations and the allocation of guestrooms with the Executive Housekeeper.
 
 
Requirement
  • At least a "O" Level, A level/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2- 3 years of working experience in a hospitality environment is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard and perform shift duties is required.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
