ADMIN ASSISTANT (ACCOUNTS & HR)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • General office administration and support
  • Data Entry and verification
  • Assist the Finance and HR Directors
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
  • Diploma in Accounting / LCCI / CAT or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, MYOB, autocount software(preferred)
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive working attitude
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat – half day, alternate Sat off
