JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a MNC and a leading water technology company.
Job Description
- Assisting with Accounts Receivables Department
- AR posting including generation of Delivery Order
- Follow up and matching of invoice supporting documents
- Preparation and updating monthly reports
- Data Entry and Filing of accounting documents
- Administration work
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- MIN LCCI Higher / NITEC / Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 2 years working experience in similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel /Word / Outlook
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Able to commit for 6 months contract period
- Able to commence immediate / short notice
Working days / hours : Mon-Fri : 8am – 5pm or 9am -6pm
Working location : near Boon Lay MRT
