Accounts & Admin Assistant - 6 months Contract (near Boon Lay MRT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a MNC and a leading water technology company. 
 
Job Description
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivables Department
  • AR posting including generation of Delivery Order
  • Follow up and matching of invoice supporting documents
  • Preparation and updating monthly reports
  • Data Entry and Filing of accounting documents
  • Administration work
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements :
  • MIN LCCI Higher / NITEC / Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years working experience in similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel /Word / Outlook
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Able to commit for 6 months contract period
  • Able to commence immediate / short notice
Salary :  $2,300 - $2,800  (depending on experience and qualification)
 
Working days / hours : Mon-Fri : 8am – 5pm  or  9am -6pm
 
Working location : near Boon Lay MRT
