Bridal Shop Assistant (Town)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Â
• Responsible for a wide range of wedding operations and coordination roles.
Â
• In-charge of bridal shop operations.
Â
• Provision of quality customer service on their wedding needs.
Â
• Introducing various dress packages, photo packages, video packages and other products.
Â
• Answer queries regarding bridal matters.
Â
• Help customers try on bridal dress.
Â
• Assist Wedding Planners on marketing, research and operation.
Â
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage,
displays and other events needs.
Â
• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to customer requirements.
Â
• Basic administration roles.

Requirements:
Â
• Possess minimum Diploma in related field.
Â
• Candidates must have a passion in wedding planning.
Â
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Â
• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience as extensive training will be
provided.
Â
• Strong command of English, communication and interpersonal skills.
Â
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.

Miscellaneous Information:
Â
• Working Days / Hours: Will be on shift duties per month, including weekend & Public Holiday.
Â
1) On Normal Working Day:
@ 10.30am – 7.30pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
@ 10.30am – 7.30pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
(Most often will be working on this shift)

2) On Event Day:
@ Shift 1: 7am – 4pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)@ Shift 2: 2pm – 11pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
(when urgently required, will need to be prepared to assist on these shifts)

3) Rehearsal or Client Evening / Night Appointment:
@ Will be quite dependent on the clients preference. (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)(when urgently required, will need to be prepared to assist on this shifts)
• Location: Town (5 Mins walk from MRT)

• Remuneration Package: $1,800 - $2,400 (Dependent on Experience)
