Assistant Regional Sales Manager (HK Metal Production & Distributor)

Job duties:
  • Maintains and expands customer database. Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers to achieve sales targets and business objectives in South East Asia Markets;
  • Maintain continuous business growth and team expansion in the region;
  • Maintain sustainable relationship with new and exciting customers by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Meet with customers and orders follow up
  • Work closely with customer liaison, technical team, supply chain and finance teams to deliver quality service
  • Colleting marketing and customer information
  • Consolidating and prepare market research, business plan, sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports
Requirements:
  • Tertiary educated with minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in metal/ manufacturing / raw materials industry;
  • Experience in sales management;
  • With strong network of manufacturing / raw materials industries in South East Asia markets, especially in Malaysia and Indonesia markets is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English,and able to communicate in other lanuages for the South East  Asia Markets will be an advantage;
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizing skills;
  • A strong sense of self-motivation, aggressiveness and responsibility;
  • Result orientation, flexible attitude, able to work under pressure, with team work skills
  • Business travel to South East Asia is required.
