Assistant Safety Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To conduct safety and fire safety patrol and safety inspection
- To organize WSH committee monthly meeting (Chairman)
- To be the management representative (MR) of SHMS
- To conduct safety induction training to visitors, contractors and staffs
- To conduct in-house safety and fire safety related trainings
- To conduct OSH improvement activities
- To be the window person to NEA, MOM and SCDF for EHS related affaires
- To create, amend and update all SHMS related documents, licenses etc.
- To be in charge of security related affairs
- To follow up on chemical review form
- To be in charge of incident/accident investigation, reporting etc.
- To maintain ISO9001 standard under safety section.
- Other duties related to safety, fire safety or regulations etc.
- Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least O Level/ A Level / Diploma in any field
- Candidate must be a registered WSH Officer and FSM
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Safety and Fire Safety related working experience   Â
- Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Others:
- Work location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at MRT station)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
