Admin cum Accounts Assistant - near MRT - 5 day work week

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
  • Perform reception duties such as answering, screening and directing all calls to appropriate personnel
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payables/ receivables functions and managing payment/receipt processing matters
  • Verify, classify and record invoices/ credit notes from vendors and enter into Accounting system
  • Reconcile A/P balances to vendor statements.
  • Reconcile various A/R balances on a fortnightly/monthly basis to ensure accuracy and collection.
  • Reconcile Input/Output GST
  • Provide administration supports to the accounting Manager
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by your manager

Requirements
  • MIN O level with book keeping knowledge
  • With at least 2 years working experience
  • Experience in book keeping
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous, well organized, possess strong initiative
  • Good team player with an ability to work independently and as a team
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
 
Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 depends on work experience
 
Working days / hours : Mon-Fri / 9am – 5.30pm
