Admin Assistant (5day work week - Ubi Avenue area)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • Perform receptionist duties, including attend to incoming calls, handling of emails, invoicing, cheque deposit
  • Review and resolve all customers enquiries and concern promptly
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain and update inhouse information systems pertaining to sales forecast, purchase order information, etc
  • Provide weekly / monthly updates to relevant departments
  • Upkeep of office and office equipment / stationery, office refreshment, leave update, etc
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements
  • Minimum O/N/Nitec/Diploma and
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good initiative and responsible
  • Proficient in MS Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Able to work in a team and independently as well
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.
  • Able to multi-task
  • Willing to work in Ubi Avenue area
 
Salary Range  : S$2,000 – S$2,500  depending on qualifications and experience
 
Workday days / hours : Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm
