Sales Coordinator

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Respond to inquiries/requests/complaints from customers promptly and efficiently
  • Receive, check, process and follow up customer orders.
  • Assist & support superior in document preparation (shipping documents, sales related reports, ISO documents etc.)
  • Liaise between customers/distributors and internal departments, discuss and coordinate with internal departments on raw material, production, inventory and shipping schedule etc.
  • Monitor customer order backlog and pro-actively initiate expedites with the objective to meet Customer Request Date (CRD).
  • Understand, support and contribute to current international standards organization (ISO) and Environment Health and Safety (EH&S) Management System by following stated policies and procedures.
  • Data entry into EZ system, update inventory listPerform other related duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least O level/A level/Diploma
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years sales coordinator experience, preferred (preparation of export shipping documents)
  • Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Bilingual-good oral & written communication skills in English and converse in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
  • Basic knowledge in incoterms & letter of credit preparation
  • Preparing of shipping documents (DO, Invoice, Packing List, B/L draft, Certificate of origin draft).
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Jurong Island, Singapore

  • Work location:  Jurong Island, Singapore (Transport provided at Lakeside MRT station)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
