Cook (Town) (44 Hours - 1 Weekend Off)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Assist in wide range of kitchen operations.
 
• Preparing of food ingredients,
 
• Cooking.
 
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following waste management guidelines.
 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Must have passion to work in the F&B industry. Trainings will be provided for all employees. Will also send for WS& Food & Hygiene course.
• Must be independent yet a strong team player.
 
• Good ability and willingness to learn.
 
• Able and willing to assist on urgent OT, when urgently required.
 
• Comfortable to work 5.5 days per week.
 
• Be prepared to work on Public Holidays.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Restaurant Operations:
i) Monday – Friday: 9am – 9pm
ii) Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 3pm.
 
• Work Days / Hours:
 
i) Monday to Friday: (some flexibility to negotiate 1 – 2 hours difference for start / end work timing)
  a) Shift 1: 9am – 6pm (1 Hour Meal Break)
  b) Shift 2: 12pm – 9pm (1 Hour Meal Break)
 
ii) Saturday or Sundays (will be required to work on a rotating Saturday OR Sunday shift)
  a) Saturday: 10.00am – 3.00pm
  b) Sunday: 10.00am – 3.00pm

• Location: Raffles Place (5 minutes walk from MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $1,600 - $2,200 (dependent on experience)
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
