Responsibilities:

 

• Main responsibility to ensure kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils are clan and kept in orderly manner.

 

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans through with dishwashers or by hand.

 

• Ensure that kitchen is safe and clean.

 

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Trainings will be provided for all employees.

 

• Must be independent yet a strong team player.

 

• Good ability and willingness to learn.

 

• Able and willing to work on split-shifts.

 

• Comfortable to work 6 days per week.

 

• Be prepared to work on Public Holidays.

 

 

 

Miscellaneous Information:

 

• Working Days: 6 days work week from Monday to Saturday. The restaurant does not operate on Sundays and is a

confirmed off day for all team members.

 

• Work Hours: The breakdown as follows:

 

i) Morning Shift: 11.00am – 2.30pm

ii) Rest Break: 2.30pm – 4.30pm

iii) Night Shift: 4.30pm – 11.00pm

 

• Location: Raffles Place (5 minutes walk from MRT)

 

• Remuneration Package: $2,000 - $2,400 (dependent on experience)(the overall package is inclusive of OT allowance for the 6 work days)

 

• Employee Benefits Includes:

 

o 2 Meals provided per day (Lunch and Dinner).

o Uniforms provided (washing by company)

 

• On-The-Job training will be provided.
