Field Service Engineer (MNC)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in West.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical, Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  • Possess class 3 driving license.
  • 5 day week. 8.45 to 6 pm
 
  • The Assistant Field Services Engineer shall be responsible for meeting the deliverables of the annual preventive maintenance contract for customer and also to ensure that the fault calls are cleared in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:
    Support the project team in carrying out the installation, testing and commissioning of rectifier systems
    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of power systems and achieve key maintenance targets
    Install and commission systems installed on-site
    Attend to fault calls and trouble-shooting of systems when activated
    Perform live cut-over of systems and modification works when necessary
    Guide and supervise contractors in installation of rectifier systems at sites
    Perform battery installation, replacement and perform discharge test when necessary
