Receptionist (6 Months Contract) (Raffles Place) (5 Days Work)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Providing a wide range of reception and administration roles.
 
• Answer the general hotline of the organization, to attend to enquires or calls transfer.
 
• Greeting guest at the Reception and direct them to the meeting rooms.
 
• Generating payment instructions.
 
• Facility Management issues as when required.
 
• Any other administrative duties that may be assigned.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Good communication and social skills.
 
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• Must be able to fulfill the full 6 months contract. (Its negotiable upfront between 5 – 6 months contract)
 
 
 

Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri only: 9.00am – 6.00pm
 
• Location: Town (Near MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $1,800 - $2,300 (dependent on experience)
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
