HR Co-ordinator (US MNC / Jurong) (Contract 6 months)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Executing transactions with minimal errors
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Helping to build a positive and enthusiastic team environment
  • Assisting in coordinating interview schedules
  • Maintaining schedules and coordinating departmental meetings and activities
  • Maintaining department records
  • Adhering to policies, procedures and best practices
  • Demonstrating understanding and ability to use continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques
 

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of HR/ Admin support experience in manufacturing/ production environment preferred. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Humble and willingness to learn attitude
