Accounts cum Admin Assistant - 5 day work week - Tagore Lane
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts - closing of monthly accounts
- Bank reconciliation.
- Execute forex deals.
- Prepare GST returns and submission.
- Prepare Company Tax Computation/Returns.
- Handle Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables - follow up on payments to ensure smooth cashflow, certify/verify payments, update credit terms, aging schedule, etc.
- Prepare company tax returns/filing.
- Take care of petty cash and cash flow related matters.
- Generate Sales Order, Invoices and Delivery Orders
- Liaise and co-ordinate with freight forwards for inbound & outbound shipments
- Liaise with insurance agent(s) for air/sea shipment coverage and claims.
- Liaise with customers for delivery schedules.
- Arrange delivery runs for driver.
- Screen phone calls and receive visitors and guests.
- Prepare staff CPF returns/filing
- Manage and handle sundry suppliers and other office related matters.
- Supervise other admin staff and warehouse personnel on staff and operational matters.
- Liaise with sundry suppliers for all office related supply matters.
- Other adhoc functions and office matters as designated by Manager.
Requirements :
- Min 2-3 years working experience in accounting
- Min NITEC, Diploma or Professional Cert or Degree
- Proficient in Accounting software - Autocount
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be willing to work in Tagore Lane
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice

Salary : S$2,000 – S$2,500
