Junior Support Engineer (IT - MNC)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact with the customer to provide support to technical issues
• Good technical experience providing helpdesk support to customer
• Ensure assigned task are handle promptly
• Provide technical help to customer
• Implement database configuration and maintain of SQL database for customers

Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Studies / Information Technology or equivalent
• Possess good oral and written communication skill
• Keen learner, self-motivated, and independent individual
• Ability to prioritize work tasks, work independently dealing with multiple assignments with little supervision
• Computer hardware and networking knowledge is a must
