Admin Assistant (MNC)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • Management of data (data entry / update profile)
  • Handling phone calls and replying emails
  • To plan & coordinate inspection schedule
  • Processing of orders and necessary documentation
  • Organize and maintain proper filing system
  • Any other duties assigned
 
Requirement:
  • At least 1 to 2 year experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Posses strong interpersonal, communication skills and customer service oriented
  • Mature, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible and hardworking with good attitude
  • Attractive remunertaion will commensurate with experience
