Admin Assistant (MNC)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Management of data (data entry / update profile)
- Handling phone calls and replying emails
- To plan & coordinate inspection schedule
- Processing of orders and necessary documentation
- Organize and maintain proper filing system
- Any other duties assigned
Requirement:
- At least 1 to 2 year experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Posses strong interpersonal, communication skills and customer service oriented
- Mature, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible and hardworking with good attitude
- Attractive remunertaion will commensurate with experience
