Responsibilities :

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotation, delivery order, etc
• Attend to enquiries, assisting customers on their sales via emails / phone calls and managing correspondences
• Support sales team on Sales & Marketing activities
• Update sales database
• Update sales forecast and prepare monthly sales reporting
• Other adhoc duties

• MIN N / O / NITEC / Diploma
• MIN 2 years working experience in similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
• Able to start work in short notice
• 5 days week

Salary : S$2,000 – S$2,300 depending on experience and qualification
