 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • To handle phone calls, front desk duties, mails, couriers
  • To greet and escort VIP guests, visitors to meeting rooms
  • To ensure meeting room is tidy, check and replenish pantry items
  • To perform ad-hoc admin duties  
 
Requirements:
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
  • Enjoy meeting people
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in front desk, reception duties
  • Professional etiquette, Well Groomed
