Admin Assistant (Suntec Area) (5 Days Work - No OT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for a wide range of administration duties.
 
• Attend to office call-in enquiries or assist in call transfer.
 
• Provide quality to walk-in guests and to serve beverages, etc.
 
• Simple payroll and CPF submission (for less than 10 headcount).
 
• Basic accounting role: to update payments received / outgoing into system, simple bookkeeping, preparing of cheques, etc.
 
• Preparing of invoices and update in system.
 
• Purchasing of beverage, stationaries, office supplies, etc.
 
• Paperwork, scanning and filling roles.
 
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Prefer candidates with 1 year similar experiences but will also consider recent graduates as extensive on-the-job
trainings will be provided.
 
• Pleasant, positive, good interpersonal and communication skills
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• There are usually no overtime required, but will require assistance on urgent situations.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri only: 9.00am – 6.00pm
 
• Location: Suntec area (Near MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $1,700 - $2,200 (dependent on experience) + Attractive Welfare Packages
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
