Production Technician (Chemical Plant), Job from sample agency, Singapore Employment Agency

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of chemical plant
Operate production equipment and facilities (i.e. DCS, etc)
Perform production activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety requirements
Perform servicing and maintenance works on mechanical/electrical equipment and instrumentation
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

NTC/ITC/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Electronic or its equivalent
1 to 2 years of working experience in the chemical processing plant is preferred, fresh grads with good working attitude are welcome.
Those with Boiler Attendant Certificate and Forklift License with 1-2 years of experience will be an advantage.
Successful candidate without Forklift License will be send for Forklift Training Course to get certified.
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
Positive working attitude, possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate must be willing to work in Jurong Island and prepared to work on shift and overtime when required
