Personal Assistant (to MD)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- General office administrative duties
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations
- Follow-up with appointments and deals
- Application and management of grants and certification
- Able to stand-in for assistance for various company functions as & when required
- Provide assistance to MD’s personal errands as & when required
- Undertake any other duties as requested by Director with a view to efficient multi-tasking
Requirement:
- A good Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Work experience as a PA/Secretary for top level executive, director or chairman at big or MMC company
- Pro-active with good initiatives
- Pleasant looking with positive working attitude
- Independent, able to work with little supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Attractive remuneration package will commensurate based on experience
