Personal Assistant (to MD)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • General office administrative duties
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations
  • Follow-up with appointments and deals
  • Application and management of grants and certification
  • Able to stand-in for assistance for various company functions as & when required
  • Provide assistance to MD’s personal errands as & when required
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Director with a view to efficient multi-tasking
 
 
Requirement:
 
  • A good Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Work experience as a PA/Secretary for top level executive, director or chairman at big or MMC company
  • Pro-active with good initiatives
  • Pleasant looking with positive working attitude
  • Independent, able to work with little supervision
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Attractive remuneration package will commensurate based on experience
