Customer Service Representative (US MNC / Jurong)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Execute transaction
  • Receive and answer to inquiries and complaints regarding company's products and services
  • Investigates and resolves a variety of problems
  • Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bill/ orders etc
  • Go to customers's website for correspondence and confirm change or cancel orders
  • Champion activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Track shipments, orders, reworks etc
  • General andd release Manufacturing Orders, check material shortage, work with production on required paperworks
 
Requirements
 
  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 - 3 years’ of related working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office and other computer systems
  • Strong customer service skills
