Customer Service Representative (US MNC / Jurong)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute transaction
- Receive and answer to inquiries and complaints regarding company's products and services
- Investigates and resolves a variety of problems
- Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bill/ orders etc
- Go to customers's website for correspondence and confirm change or cancel orders
- Champion activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs
- Track shipments, orders, reworks etc
- General andd release Manufacturing Orders, check material shortage, work with production on required paperworks
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 - 3 years’ of related working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office and other computer systems
- Strong customer service skills
