Tea Lady (Town) (5 Days Week - No OT)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for a wide range of office duties.
 
• Provide quality customer service in attending to foreign guest and / or VIPS to serve beverages.
 
• Cleaning of cups, plates after customer visit.
 
• Light cleaning to ensure pantry area is clean and safe.
 
• Purchasing of beverage and pantry supplies.
 
• Managing beverage and pantry supples.
 
• Assist basic errands like going to post office, banking of cheques, etc.
 
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Pleasant, positive, good interpersonal and communication skills
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• There are usually no overtime required, but will require assistance on urgent situations. Very rare cases of having to
work on weekends to help serve VIPs. (will be updated in advance to help out)
 
 

Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri only: 8.30am – 5.30pm (sometimes may need to work 30 minutes earlier)
 
• Location: City Hall (Near MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $1,500 - $2,000 (dependent on experience) + Attractive Welfare Packages
 
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
