Admin Assistant - Balestier Road area

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily report of students activities / taking meals, etc
  • Preparing students contract
  • Handle petty cash purchases
  • Answering enquiries and phone calls
  • Collect payments / receipts for Finance
  • Assist HR in reporting employees work schedule and overtime
  • Administrative duties – filing, attend to emails, etc
  • Administrative support

Requirements
  • MIN  O / A / NITEC / Diploma
  • With 1 year working experience in office administration
  • Able to communicate well
  • Proficient in Microsoft office  - Words / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Must be able to start work immediately or within a short notice
  • Staying near or in Balestier Road area

Salary : S$1,800 – S$2,000

Working Days / Hours  :
  • Mon / Tues / Wed / Friday : 9.30am – 7pm
  • Sat : 3pm – 11pm
  • Off Days : Thursday & Sunday
