Admin Assistant (Purchasing Department)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor POs, DOs, WOs
- Consolidate POs, DOs, WOs and submit to account department for billing
- Monitor overseas shipments & freights (familiar with shipping documentation such as: import & export documents, packing list, invoicing, bill of landing & insurance
- Monitor fine from shipping line and back charge to shipper/customer
- Responsible for customer daily order prcessing
- Responsible for delivery planning
- Issue DO using CCS inventory software
- Monitor selling prices, SOs & DOs
- Send DOs via email to Warehouse
- Issue Risk Assessment Form to project coordinator for main con
- Proper recording for all the admin charges & fine etc. from main con
- Provide administrative & operational supports to a sales team
- Organize and maintain file and records
- Files and correspondence and other records
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a "N"/ "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sims Ave.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time position available.
