Admin Assistant (Purchasing Department)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
  • Monitor POs, DOs, WOs
  • Consolidate POs, DOs, WOs and submit to account department for billing
  • Monitor overseas shipments & freights (familiar with shipping documentation such as: import & export documents, packing list, invoicing, bill of landing & insurance
  • Monitor fine from shipping line and back charge to shipper/customer
  • Responsible for customer daily order prcessing
  • Responsible for delivery planning
  • Issue DO using CCS inventory software
  • Monitor selling prices, SOs & DOs
  • Send DOs via email to Warehouse
  • Issue Risk Assessment Form to project coordinator for main con
  • Proper recording for all the admin charges & fine etc. from main con
  • Provide administrative & operational supports to a sales team
  • Organize and maintain file and records
  • Files and correspondence and other records
 
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a "N"/ "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sims Ave.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
