Quantity Surveyor (2 months contract)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
  • Select and/or source construction materials
  • Carry out site measurement
  • Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments
  • Other quantity surveying related duties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Candidate must have good knowledge in CAD
Others:
  • Work location: Central
  • Working hrs: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
  • 2 months contract basis, with an option to extend
