Admin Assistant (Inventory Control) (Bukit Merah Area)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the inventory of organization.
• Logistic coordination with freight forwarder maintain supplies data base and negotiation to obtain competitive rates.
• Run a series of inventory reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and perform detail analysis of item performance.
• Develop accurate, consistent and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
• Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variances).
• Perform visual validation of received merchandise to description and package details from original purchaser.
• Enter parts received inventory into system and continually monitor inventory stock for re-stocking.
• Work closely with inter-departments to ensure there is sufficient inventory at all times.
• Generate part labeling for merchandise and shelve inventory in proper place in stock room.
• Identifying inventories including proposal for non-moving, aging and stock revaluation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
• Minimal 2 years of similar working experience.
• IT Savvy (MS Words and Excel).
• Independent yet works well in a team environment.
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
• Willing and able to assist in performing overtime, when required.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Days / Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Location: Bukit Merah MRT area.
• Remuneration Package: $2,200 - $2,500 (dependent on experience) + Attractive Welfare Packages
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
