Events Executive (Town)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for a wide range of sales, marketing, coordination and operational roles for wedding and corporate events.
 
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenues and business opportunities.
 
• Attend to walk-in clients, call-in and email enquiries.
 
• Conduct site visits to effectively sell the event venues to potential couples.
 
• Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, floor plans for different scales of events.
 
• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to customer requirements.
 
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage,
displays and other event needs.
 
• Liaise with vendors to ensure perfect execution of the events.
 
• Basic administration roles.
 
 

Requirements:
 
• Possess minimum Diploma in related field.
 
• Candidates must have a passion in wedding planning.
 
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
 
• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience as extensive training will be provided.
 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
• Candidate must be comfortable to work regularly on weekends and even Public Holidays.
 
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Days / Hours: Will be on shift duties per month, including weekend & Public Holiday.
 
1) On Normal Working Day:
@ 10.00am – 7.00pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
(Most often will be working on this shift)
 
2) On Event Day:
@ Shift 1: 7am – 4pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
@ Shift 2: 2pm – 11pm (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
(Taxi Claims are provided before 7.30am (Arrival Time) & after 11.00pm (departure Time)
(when urgently required, will need to be prepared to assist on these shifts)
 
3) Rehearsal or Client Evening / Night Appointment:
@ Will be quite dependent on the clients preference. (Its 8 hours of work with 1 hour meal time)
(when urgently required, will need to be prepared to assist on this shifts)

• Location: Town (5 Mins walk from MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package: $2,300 - $2,800 (Dependent on Experience) + Monthly Commissions
