Receptionist(Part-Time)(Flexible Work Days & Hours)(Good Commission)(Luxury Spa)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Responsible for a wide spectrum of customer service, coordination and scheduling activities.
 
• Provide warm reception and quality customer service to all guests.
 
• Attending to all calls and email enquiries / reservations.
 
• To assist in scheduling of spa appointments for clients.
 
 
• Share the various spa packages, programs and health benefits to customers. (commission will be provided for
purchase of packages).
 
• Handling of any customer complaints issues.
 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience training will be provided.
 
• Strong communication and people relation skills.
 
• Attentive, confident and be courteous all times.
 
• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 
 
Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Spa’s Operation Days / Hours: Monday – Sunday: 10am – 11pm.
 
• Working Days: You will be required to work at least 2 days per week. Assignments will be planned by management and
confirmed in advance.
 
• Working Hours: Must commit at least 5 hours per assignment. Will be flexible and negotiable with management.
 
Estimated work hours can be like (Negotiable):
 
1) Shift 1: 10.00am - 4.00pm or 5.00pm
2) Shift 2: 5.00pm – 11.00pm.
(Timing Negotiable. Prefer to be available for peak periods.)
 
• Location: Orchard (Walkable distance from MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package:
 
1) Basic Salary: $8.00 - $12.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
2) Commissions: Estimated between $100 - $1,500 per month.
 
• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
