Litigation Clerk

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• You shall be responsible for the enitre process of contract/document preparation/compilation
• Ensure that all clients’ instructions are clear before commencement of a job to guarantee
efficiency and accuracy
• You will be required to perform quality assurance on all jobs completed by other staff members to ensure that all QA procedures are followed according to company guidelines
• Always ensure that the job management system (JMS) must be fully understood and must always be updated accordingly
• You may be expected from time to time to pick up or deliver documents to our client’s offices and it is expected that you will be well presented and polite when performing deliveries
 
Requirement:
• You should possess a high level of attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines and to follow through in a timely manner with all set tasks assigned in a fast pace environment
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• A confident individual with good attitude and initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attractive remuneration will commensurate with experience
