Guest Relation Officer (High-End Restaurant) (Orchard)

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
 
• Provide warm reception and quality customer service to all restaurant guests.
 
• Attending to all calls and email enquiries / reservations.
 
• Sharing information on the food choices and taking down orders.
 
• Taking of orders, preparing and servicing of food items.
 
• Handling of any customer complaints issues.
 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Open to candidates with different working experiences or minimal working experience training will be provided.
 
• Strong communication and people relation skills.
 
• Attentive, confident and be courteous all times.
 
• Self motivated, independent yet a good team player.
 
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
 

Miscellaneous Information:
 
• Working Days: Will have to work 6 days per week as assigned by management including weekends and Public
Holidays. Schedules will be notified in advance.
 
• Working Hours: Must work on following split shifts:
 
1) Shift 1: 11.00am to 3pm (Followed by meal and rest breaks)
2) Shift 2: 5.30pm – 10.30pm
 
• Location: Orchard (Walkable distance from MRT)
 
• Remuneration Package:
 
1) Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 (Negotiable)
2) Part-Time F&B positions also available at $7.00 - $12.00 Per Hour.
 
• Extensive On-The-Job training will be provided.
