Shipping / Operations Assistant - Jalan Bukit Merah Area - 5 day work week

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prefers with logistic / freight forwarding experience,
  • Understand import and export procedure
  • Coordinate customer's logistical needs, handling orders, follow up for import / export shipments. 
  • Handle import/ export permit declarations and custom clearance.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Company's global offices/ agents to maintain warehouse operations and stock maintenance.
  • Process customers' order in an accurate and timely manner. Documentation (e.g. filing, billing, quotation etc)
  • Coordinate with warehouse & shipping companies on deliveries arrangement by booking transport arrangement
  • Do billing to overseas agents and local customers.
  • Maintain, track and control to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Ensure timely & accurate export billing to meet customer expectation, concurrently action with job costing

Requirements :
  • Min GCE “O” Level
  • 2+ years of similar experience
  • Good working attitude
  • Responsible, flexible and co-operative person
  • Hardworking and willing to learn
  • Mature & patience
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.

Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

Salary : S$2,200 – S$2,500  (depends on experience)
