Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor, Job from sample agency, Singapore Employment Agency

Tender estimation and costing.
Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and Final Accounts with Clients.
To review progress of all on-going projects and preparation of monthly progress claim submissions to Clients; as well as evaluates and prepare Subcontractors’ claims.
Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD/Superior.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Building and / or Quantity Surveying/ Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Tender and Quantity Surveying Works.
Able to read and understand Drawings well.
Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating construction projects.
Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
Knowledge of Structural Steel works will be an advantage.
High proficiency with Microsoft office software in Excel and Word.
With good interpersonal and communication skills.
