Senior Accounts Executive - Balestier Road area - 5 day work week

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • Full set account for local and foreign currency - from bookkeeping to all data entry
  • Maintain daily bank account/worksheet
  • Liaise with external auditor
  • Liaise with banker (must be clear about TT; bank loan and etc)
  • Liaise with government and statutory bodies
  • Liaise with overseas customer and supplier
  • Inter-company reconciliation
  • Monthly closing - update worksheet and also report P&L to Managing Director
  • GST submission
  • HR - Payroll, CPF submission, PIC claim, NS claim, government paid leave claim, staff leave
  • Handle work pass related issue
  • Other administrative duties
 

Requirements :
  • MIN LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / ACCA/CAT or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GST regulations, PIC claim, CPF and accounting standards & regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software  -  e.g. FACT Accounting System
  • Able to multi-task and thrive under fast environment
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Team Player with good interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Meticulous, analytical and process driven
  • Staying near Balestier Road area
  • Able to start work immediate or within a short notice
 
Salary : $3,000 - $3,500 depending on qualification and experience
 
Working Days / hours : Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm
