Admin cum Accounts Assistant - Ubi Avenue area - 5day work week

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
  • To manage the overall administrative functions including but not limited to the following:
  • maintaining the filing systems
  • answering phone calls
  • arranging courier services and letter posting
  • matters relating to banking
  • maintain office overall cleanliness
  • Provide administrative support to pre-and post-Sales department, preparing quotations and related documents
  • Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers and shipping documents
  • Follow up on shipments delivery and ensure timely arrival of goods ordered
  • Source for most cost-effective freight or transportation charge
  • Ensure proper receipt of goods and update relevant records
  • To maintain stock records
  • To prepare invoices, delivery orders and month end financial reports
  • Monitoring outstanding payments from customers
  • Monitoring amounts payable to creditors
  • To process all expenses claims and maintain the petty cash
  • Ad-hoc work assigned by the management

Requirements
  • Minimum N / O / NITEC / Diploma
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & Powerpoint
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Able to communicate well
  • Able to start work immediately or in a short notice would be an advantage
  • Stay near Ubi area.

Salary : S$2,000 – S$2,500 depending on working experience and qualifications
 
Working Days / Hours : Mon – Fri / 9am – 6pm
