Admin Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- General administrative functions in day-to-day office operations
- Process of customers' contract & documents
- Checking and validating contracts & documents before submission
- May be required to travel to customers' location for document pick-up / delivery
- Assist in projects completion as and when required
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirement:
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience in an administrative role
- Prior experience in the legal industry will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microscoft Word & Excel
- Highly meticulous and good initiatives
- Able to commuicate effectively with both customers and among team members
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attractive remuneration package will commensurate with experience
