Admin Assistant

 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
  • General administrative functions in day-to-day office operations
  • Process of customers' contract & documents
  • Checking and validating contracts & documents before submission
  • May be required to travel to customers' location for document pick-up / delivery
  • Assist in projects completion as and when required
  • Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirement:
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience in an administrative role
  • Prior experience in the legal industry will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microscoft Word & Excel
  • Highly meticulous and good initiatives
  • Able to commuicate effectively with both customers and among team members
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attractive remuneration package will commensurate with experience
