Sales Executive (FMCG) (Part-Time) (Flexible Work Days & Hours)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Main responsibility is to handle full spectrum of business development, sales activities and account management for range of food products.
• Business development activities with heavy direct canvassing and / or cold calls will be expected. Target market will be
to café, food caterers, mini-marts, cafes, food courts, bistro, etc.
• Attend to product enquiry, build good relationship and establish new account,
• Servicing existing account, obtain and solicit more food orders.
• Provide up-to-date market feedback. (regarding pricing, competitors, product, customer feedbacks, etc.)
• Maintain up-to-date activities report, such as daily order record and daily / monthly sales report.
• Promote and execute promotional activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties
Additional Information:
• This position is more home based. There is no need to report to office every day. There will be daily correspondence with owner through calls / Watsapp. There will possibly be a meeting twice per month.
• Estimated to work about 20 hours per week based on your schedule with flexibility in work days and hours.
• There will be assignments and KPIs to be completed within reasonable time span.
Requirements:
• Similar sales experiences in FMCG and Food product will be most advantageous.
• Driven to perform canvassing sales and tele-marketing. (for example to: food caterers, mini-marts, cafes, food courts,
bistro, restaurant, etc.)
• Pleasant, positive, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
• Candidates should be open to working on overtime, when urgently required.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: Flexible Days & Hours (as per your schedule). (Estimated to cover 20 hours per week. Will be
gauged on project / KPIs.)
• Location: Town area. (Sales will be island-wide)
• Remuneration Package:
i) Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 (dependent on experience)
ii) Attractive Monthly Incentives (Based on KPI) + Monthly Commissions (Based on New and Repeated Sales
Achievements)
iii) Transport Allowances and Reimbursements.
