M&E Building Technician / Senior Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise commercial complex and hands-on attendance to repairs/complaints on Mechanical, Electrical, Aircon, plumbing and sanitary services etc.
Requirements:
- Certificate/NTC3/NITEC in Electrical/Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation/equipment in a high rise building/commercial complex.
- Junior or Senior Technician
Others:
- Work location: East, Near MRT Station
- 2 Rotating Shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm
- Basic Salary + Shift allowance
