Admin Executive (Credit Risk Management)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Collect company information and analyse financials to develop credit application.
• Act as a coordinator to manage and disseminate applications related to Risk Management.
• Coordinate the dissemination and processing of documents for internal rating system.
• Generate and coordinate various types of reports relating to Risk Management, including overdue reports, credit limit
report etc.
• Order information reports from credit agency for the Business group.
• Work closely internally within group members as well as with the Business group to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Monitor / advise the Business group of appropriate approval authorities relating to the customer.
• Ad-hoc support for members of Administration group.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree Holders with Accounting and Finance background will be preferred.
• Candidates with credit control / financial analysis will be advantageous.
• Detailed and meticulous person who pays attention to details. Fast and independent learner.
• Must be able to handle procedural work, and organize tasks systematically.
• Experience with enterprise database systems, e.g. SAP will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willing and able to work overtime, when urgently required.
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
Miscellaneous Information:
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri only: 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Location: Raffles Place(Near MRT)
• Remuneration Package: $2,500 - $3,000 (dependent on experience) + Attractive Welfare Packages
• On-The-Job training will be provided.
