•         Provide Operational Support for switches, routers, firewalls, LAN, WAN and Network Security & Management devices
•         Maintenance and support of Microsoft Servers, VM and Hyper-V
•         Co-ordinate with vendors/partners on maintenance services and project implementation
•         Ensure that all request and resolution of issues are handle in a timely manner
•         Maintain and update documentation
•         Handle 1st Level Support and 2nd Level Escalation

 

 

•         Diploma in IT or equivalent. Or minimum 1-2 years technical hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Networking and systems technologies will also be considered.
•         Good knowledge of Microsoft Servers, VMWare, IBM/HP/Dell Storage, CheckPoint Firewall
•         Experience with POS system would be advantageous
•         Able to work independently with/or minimum supervision
•         Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•         Good interpersonal & Communication skills and a strong team player
•         Candidates with minimal working experience but are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
