Established in 1998 our group offers specialized recruitment solutions in niche, high growth markets with a core focus on the Asia Pacific region. From our south Asian hub in Singapore we have built a regional proposition to cover key ASEAN countries : Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.

From this base we rolled out our brand to Australia and the north Asian markets of Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. In 2014 we will be launching the Ideal brand in Tokyo to focus on the Japanese and Korean markets. The addition of north east Asia will cement our position as the only regional APAC specialist with the four corners of the market covered.
