The firm was established in 1974 by Mr Heng Lee Seng. The partners are registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and are practising members of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). All of them and most of our staff are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
