First off, Who are we?
We’re an executive search consultancy founded in 2011.

We’re based in Singapore and we have a team of experienced consultants working with us. Being a privately owned business it makes us independent of any outside interests including those of shareholders, meaning we are able to place our clients interests first at all times.

What do we do?
We cover all aspects of search & selection, resource strategy consultancy as well as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

However, we go further than that because we believe to be effective consultants you should always go that extra mile and do more than just email a few CV's. We look at everything from the individuals viewpoint because that helps us meet our clients needs as well as our candidates expectations.

What sectors do we work in?
We’ve got particular expertise recruiting technical specialists & mid-senior level management within Oil & Gas, Basic Materials, Industrials & Utilities sector. That said, our consultants have worked with a wide range of clients over the years and have been involved in recruiting very specific or sensitive positions to whole project teams.

We always look to add value. It’s not enough for us to just place a candidate with a client to fill a position, it has to be ethical and sustainable. The idea of bringing new opportunities to people & positively changing the lives of them drives our work.

How do we work?

We listen, explore and research, so that we understand. Each role we work on requires a different approach meaning we go beyond standard processes & are more proactive in our recruitment. This is imperative to successfully identifying the right people for any assignment we work on, and ultimately securing the best candidate.

Do the directors work with clients?
Yes, we take an active and daily interest in all our clients, and we make an effort to see our clients face to face as often as possible.
