With 15 years Recruitment experienced gained across Australia and Asia Pacific combined with a number of years managing people and companies, I finally decided to focus on what I love the most which is sourcing talent.
I founded Leo Harper specifically to service the Communications industry whether that be placing Senior PR Managers or Communications Heads to MDs of Creative Agencies.

Having commenced my career working in PR in Hong Kong, I enjoy keeping abreast of what is happening in the industry and connecting with newbies as well as continuing the relationship with my broad network of practitioners since I don’t believe there is a difference between the candidate and the client – the attention and service is the same for both.

I’ve partnered with Fortune 500 companies in Singapore, mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.

 For me, winning the “War on Talent” is all about experience and given I love fighting that war, people in the industry can be confident they are dealing with someone who is from the industry.
