Founded in 2004 by former project managers of the offshore industry, Petrolis provides technical assistance and human resources management services to companies working on subsea projects.

Since its creation, Petrolis has developed a network of more than 15 subsidiaries and partnership worldwide - in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America. In 2013, the merger of OCS (Offshore Consulting & Supervision) and Petrolis, developed a strategy that extends the knowledge of the company to new business and geographic areas.
