After years of experience at a well known recruitment firm, founder, Groninger and people person Umut Yasar realized that it was time for a more humane approach towards recruitment and talent acquisition. In 2010, Finest People was founded and we decided to start with the mediation of highly trained and experienced sales and marketing professionals within the digital media and online market. In 2013, we also entered the software engineering market. Due to great success this branch continued in 2014 under the name Code Guild. We are now focusing on performance-based display advertising positions and search engine marketing positions.
